MARLENE MORBECK - 40 YEARS OF HISTORY IN BRAZILIAN TV


The career of Marlene Morbeck is exhibition which has twenty panels and a video. Through the work of Marlene Morbeck in more than forty years of television, of which a large part in the Globo Television, we rely a bit of art history to television in Brazil.
Marlene Morbeck, initially as dancer and later as costumes.

In panels, pictures of costumes and the particular collection of Marlene Morbeck show a peculiar atmosphere and almost craft of making television. The mark of a season which, through exposure, the killing of those who miss the live shows and is curious and instructive as a record for the youngest.

The exhibition area opens to show the general public - the photos and text of the panels and the interviews and images of the video - that the lines of a character is part of the spectacle of TV, movie or theater. The exhibition brings testimonies and precious content for those who are interested in a career in TV.
Served as actress, model and dancer in various productions of Globo Television, as humorous, novels etc.

Graduated in Performing Arts at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Marlene went to New York in 1976, to courses of specializations in Carnegie Hall where she studied jazz dance, modern ballet, classical ballet, body expression, choreography and creativity.
From 1986, CGCOM - the Central Globo de Comunicação, Marlene produced and responded by opening the lines of several novels and programs.

In the Division of the Propaganda Rede Globo, Marlene helped produce numerous campaigns.

The exhibition has 20 panels of photos and text and a video documentary, 30 minutes. The testimony of Marlene Morbeck align the structure of the video that also includes interviews of Jose Bonifacio de Oliveira Sobrinho, the Boni, Carlos Manga, Maurício Sherman, Stepan Nercessian, Elke Maravilha, Gilda Antoniazzi and others.

The exhibition in galleries and schools to show how the work is done from behind the TV in the areas of production and costumes, and recall moments in the history of Brazilian TV, the programs as an auditorium, openings of novels and institutional campaigns and service of Globo Television.
